Updates and Protocols:

Our number one priority is to keep our customers, community and workers safe. We are closely monitoring the hourly changes in the coronavirus (COVID-19) protocols through the CDC and the County Health Departments.

Our primary goal is to continue to provide groceries, nutritional supplements and natural remedies to our customers in the midst of the current challenges to our health, safety and well-being.

Community Market continues to adjust and adapt to conditions and information that changes daily as we strive to serve our community and maintain a safe environment for everyone. Here are a few updates:

  • We are now taking online orders and phone orders for curbside pick up from 10am to 4pm Monday-Friday.

  • We have implemented a Senior Hour from 9am - 10am daily. Our customers that are 60+ can enjoy a 10% discount, store-wide during this hour (alcoholic beverages excluded). Please note, we are unable to offer our senior discount for online and phone orders

  • We are limiting the number of shoppers inside our markets at any given time to provide space for crucial social distancing. Presently our limits are 6 customers in our Santa Rosa location, 10 in Sebastopol

  • Our updated hours for general customer traffic are now 10am - 6pm (Senior and Immunocompromised folks are welcome at 9am daily)

  • Our kitchen staff are busy preparing fresh and delicious grab and go items daily. Our hot bar and salad bar remain closed

  • We are currently unable to accept outside containers of any kind, including water jugs from your home. We will still sell water containers to be filled at our water stations. We will be suspending our paper bag charge and supplying boxes, we will not be accepting reusable bags from customers. We hope you understand the risk of allowing these items in our markets at this time.

  • Self-service from open bulk bins is temporarily suspended. We will be pre-bagging many of our best-selling bulk items, and our gravity feed bins will be maintained by strict sanitation protocols. Some items will be temporarily unavailable

  •  We are temporarily suspending access to our bulk tinctures, herbs and bodycare. Self-service is not available and the priority for our wellness department staff is to be available for other important customer assistance, such as providing guidance with selection and help locating products

  • We highly encourage ATM/debit transactions as we strive to limit cash handling

We continue to offer a wonderful array of fresh, 100% organic produce and to provide you and your loved ones with the ingredients for nourishing meals to support your health and well-being in these stressful times.

We are grateful and appreciative of our customers and our community during this challenging time. Our workers are dedicated to providing you with nutritious food, supplements and organic produce and we are doing our best to be kind, flexible and attentive to your needs while keeping everyone safe.
