Community Market is worker-run (there is no owner!) and a designated not-for-profit organization. Any profits are invested in worker benefits, improvements to our infrastructure, discounts and donations to local community groups and nonprofits, with a focus on our under-served communities.

~Strong customer service skills
~Flexible schedule a must: able to work mornings/evenings/weekends when needed
~Must be 21 & RBS certified to cover bar breaks and lunches
~Able to cover shifts on short notice
~Has reliable transportation
~Dependable, reliable, and punctual
~Management experience is a plus
~Excellent multi-tasking skills
~Excellent communication skills.
~Friendly, personable, and approachable
~Able to work at either location when needed, a plus
