What is Change for Change?
Change for Change is Community Market’s giving program that supports local nonprofits and community organizations doing essential work in our community. When you shop at Community Market, you can make a donation at the register.
All of the money goes directly to the featured organization. There are no processing fees and no overhead taken out. Just community members supporting community work.

Ending Hunger in Our Community
Redwood Empire Food Bank is Community Market’s current Change for Change recipient. Since 1987, the Redwood Empire Food Bank has been feeding our neighbors in need and leading the community to end hunger.
They distribute food through our own programs and our partner organizations in Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Del Norte counties. We work on the front lines of food assistance in our region, playing a crucial role in helping individuals, families, seniors, and children.
