Two Stores, One Mission
Whether you're visiting us in Santa Rosa or Sebastopol, you'll find the same worker-run commitment to people over profit, local values, and service with heart. Here's what makes each of our locations special.

Santa Rosa Store
We got our start back in 1975 on Morgan Street, in a small storefront nestled between houses in a quiet Santa Rosa neighborhood. In the 90s, we moved up the road to our current location on Mendocino Avenue, where we’ve continued to grow alongside our community.

This store is full of heart — powered by solar panels on the roof and by the awesome workers who keep it running. Out front, you’ll find an EV charger and a beautiful native plant garden. A mural painted by workers stretches along the side of the building, and inside you’ll find one of the most extensive bulk sections around, a reverse osmosis water machine, and aisles filled with organic produce, wellness goods, and everything you’d expect from your local, worker-run market.

Sebastopol Store
Our Sebastopol store opened in 2013 in The Barlow — a vibrant hub for food, art, and small businesses. It’s our larger location, with plenty of room to browse, hang out, or grab a bite.

Inside, you’ll find our full-service deli, all-organic produce, natural groceries, wellness goods, and more. It’s also home to The Garden Taproom & Espresso Bar, where our amazing team serves local beer, wine, cider, and craft coffee and tea.

Out front, there’s a big lawn with a stone fireplace and a stage for outdoor events and live music. It’s a place to linger — cozy inside, welcoming outside, and always powered by the same worker-run spirit we’ve carried since day one.
