Community Market is Sonoma County's premier worker-run natural foods store. 

Community Market is worker-run (there is no owner!) and a designated not-for-profit organization. Any profits are invested in worker benefits, improvements to our infrastructure, discounts and donations to local community groups and nonprofits, with a focus on our under-served communities. 

Since 1975 we've provided our community with wholesome, local, organic foods and ethically sourced products, but we're more than just a store!

Wage: $18.21/hour + Tips

Job Description

Required:​

• Open availability is a plus 

• Able to work evenings and weekends

• Strong customer service skills

• Ensures all patrons consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Enforces all alcohol-related laws and regulations.

• Must be 21 years old to pour/serve beer and wine.

• Barista experience preferred.

• Bartending or beer and wine experience preferred

• Able to receive/offer collaborative and constructive communication

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
