CHILI COOK OFF
Friday, October 30, 6 PM - 9 PM
$5 entry fee per chili - limit 2 entries per person
$5 gets you a taste of each chili and a ballot with all 3 categories on it
10 chefs will compete for:

Grand Prize - Peoples Choice - Best Overall Chili - $50 GC to CM

Best Presentation - $25 GC to CM

Most Creative Recipe -$25 GC to CM
Chili will be judged based on: Most Creative Recipe, Best Presentation, Most Votes
Chili must be homemade, arrive in slow cooker with serving utensils & list of common allergens/recipe
Complimentary Allergy & Irritants Screenings with Dr. Cindy
Saturday, November 14, 1 PM - 3 PM
Saturday, December 12, 1 PM - 3 PM
Dr. Cindy Zafis will be available for complimentary screenings and allergy testing for foods, pollen, and other potential irritants challenging your body. Dr. Cindy is also the creator of the popular Brain Formula that can be found in our Wellness Department.

Chair Massage
Thursdays in October, 2 pm - 6 pm
Massage by Scott, will be offering 10 - 20 minute chair massage sessions at our Sebastopol store for a sliding scale fee of $1 - $2 per minute.
Knife Sharpening with NicEdge
Every other Thursday
Give your knives a new edge! Drop them off at either store for professional sharpening by NicEdge. Sharp knives make all the difference in the kitchen!
